From 09.03 to 20.03.2022, II INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF CHILDREN'S CREATIVITY "WORLD OF JOY AND SUCCESS" is held for students of schools, colleges and lyceums (hereinafter the Festival).
We give you the opportunity to tell about your talents on the Internet platform of our Center, and we will help you to multiply them and get a lot of positive emotions!

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The aim of the Festival is to create an innovative educational space without borders and without obstacles for creative communication of children, development of personal abilities of participants, their motivation to succeed;
to cultivate a culture of creativity and self-education.
Tasks of the Festival:
1. Creating socio-educational conditions conducive to children's creative self-expression within the framework of an innovative international educational project.
2. Intensification of cooperation of children, teachers and parents by means of project activity.
3. Promoting the motivation and methodological level of teachers in working with children.

II. FESTIVAL REGULATIONS
2.1.The Festival is organized by the CENTER OF INNOVATION MANAGEMENT (France) (hereinafter - the Center).
2.2. The date of the festival 09.03—20.03.2022
2.3. Deadline for submission of creative works —19.03.2022
2.4. The form of participation in the Festival is in absentia.
2.5. Conditions of participation:
Age categories: 3—5 years, 6—10 years, 11—15 years, 16—18 years. Number of participants in 1 creative work: 1 person or group (2—3 persons, 4—7, 8— 21 and above—each participant is evaluated).

1. Social creativity (practical activities that lead to increased material production and improve legal, economic, religious, psychological and other relations in society).

2.10. Rewards to the organizers for the preparation of creative works: 10% of the amount of contributions for the number of works more than 5 (contribution is made in this case through another form after agreement with the Organizing Committee — we ask you to first inform us that you have registered more than 5 creative works).

By applying for participation in the Festival, parents or teachers of children give the Organizing Committee of the Festival the right to post creative works on the website of the CENTER FOR INNOVATION MANAGEMENT.
On the YouTube channel and in the ENCYCLOPEDIA OF CHILDREN'S TALENTS (21st century) (online and print version) the works of the winners are presented by agreement with the parents of children, which may be concluded after the Festival.
By applying for participation in the Festival, parents or teachers of children give the Organizing Committee of the Festival the right to post creative works on the website of the CENTER FOR INNOVATION MANAGEMENT.

— video (3—8 minutes) — for works of public, artistic, scientific and technical creativity with indication at the beginning of the video of the name and surname of the participant, class and name of school, responsible person of creative work, place of residence and country;
— video (3-8 minutes) or PDF file (5 pages for participants 6—10 years old, 10 pages for participants 10—18 years old): A4 sheet, font size 14 (Times New Roman), line spacing 1, 5, normal fields) — for scientific creativity.
